12TH SEPTEMBER "SEEING OPPORTUNITY" - ERICA ORAM

Erica writes - I have been an active member of Sheffield P.S. since 1998 and have been judging and lecturing around Yorkshire and the North East Midlands for around 10 years. My talk is centred around fitting photography in and around a busy life by seeing the photographic potential in whatever opportunities come my way. I try to use an open minded, creative and artistic approach to photography (both in camera and using digital manipulation) with the aim of producing something a bit different. Subjects will include landscape, details and people and I will be bringing a selection of prints as well as the digital presentation so that members can get a closer look at my work.
