This is the website of York Photographic Society, York's longest established photography club and indeed one of Britain's earliest photographic societies. New members are always welcome to this thriving, friendly and energetic camera club.

This season's Leatt Cup was held on the 8th April and was judged by YPS Member and former President, John Illingworth LRPS. The Leatt Cup is awarded for a panel of three images that relate to each other in some way. This year's winner was Neville Turton with an entry entitled "Lionesses of Etosha". Neville was also awarded Third Place for his panel of "Ecuadorian Famers in Fedoras". Carol Emmott was awarded Second Place for her entry, "Dawn to Dusk, Venice".
